My philosophy

I believe in the value of lifetime client relationships.  I know these relationships are earned over time. They are not to be taken for granted. I work diligently, honestly, and with the utmost skill and integrity to provide the very best service and value for money to earn your trust and loyalty.

Personal

Tom moved from Mississauga ON to Sea To Sky country in 1997 with his wife Anita Schmitt.  They were among the first to build a home in the fabulous Golf Course community of Furry Creek.

After an exhaustive search of Vancouver Island, the BC Interior, and Whistler, Tom and Anita made the decision to relocate to Furry Creek and build a family home.  Drawn to the area by the awesome Ocean and Mountain Views, proximity to Vancouver and outdoor activities on the North Shore and Whistler, it was a "natural" choice to join the handful of early "pioneers" in the tiny community of about 20 people.

Originally from Montreal QC, Tom also speaks French which comes in handy when dealing with many Buyers from Eastern Canada and Europe.
